The morning of October 12th, My Mom and I hosted a Bridal Breakfast for my family and bridesmaids at Encore Cafe in Simpsonville. It was such a fun morning spending it with my bridal party and the amazing women in my family!
 It was a small way to say thanks for being apart of our wedding day and making it so special!

honeymoon

Since it is cold and rainy out, I decided a post about a tropical place might warm me up. 

So, Aruba it is!

Tyler and I honeymooned in Aruba. We relaxed by the pool, toured the island on a four wheeler, napped on the beach, gambled a bit, drank fruity drinks, and really enjoyed being married. This was such a special time for Tyler and I. Away from the hustle and bustle of every day life and with the craziness of wedding planning behind us, we really got to enjoy the company of each other. It was our first taste of married life and it was oh, so sweet.

We were so blessed to have such an amazing honeymoon! We have such wonderful memories of those 6 days in paradise! :)

The family Christmas tree is up at the Coley's which meant a night of decorating, Christmas music, and hot chocolate!

This time of year is my absolute favorite! :)

carolina vs. clemson

When Thanksgiving comes to an end, us South Carolinians get especially excited because that means USC vs. Clemson is only 2 days away! 

This year the game was in Clemson so we road tripped to Clemson with some family and friends for the annual USC vs. Clemson game. It was a blast as always! 

Low country boil, & Carolina football equals a perfect Saturday night.

Oh, and Carolina won for the 4th time in a row! Go Gamecocks!

Thanksgiving

Tyler and I spent Thanksgiving at my parent's house! I started the day off with coffee, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, and making my traditional banana pudding. 

Eating delicious food and being surrounded by my amazing family...what could be better? 

After the Thanksgiving feast and a quick nap, Black Friday shopping began!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! 

 

goodbye, Wilmington

Another chapter in my life ended this week. Words cannot express how blessed I feel to have been able to live in Wilmington and work as a nurse at NHRMC.
 I have made some amazing friends who I will never forget.
